Abstract
The topic of this thesis is the “Competitiveness Strategic Analysis of Laboratories MMV, Ltd. Ostrava – Vítkovice”. Aim of this study is to analyze the competitive environment. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the method of analysis of the competitive environment. In the practical part the analysis itself, where they are used method: SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, analysis of competitors. The results of this analysis indicated recommended choice appropriate strategies.
