The aim of my bachelor’s thesis is to create a comprehensive study on the new usage of the former transformer station situated between the streets Šafaříková and Na liškovci in Ostrava-Přívoz. The newly proposed options should help to improve the environment around the area and change the function of the former transformer station. Both proposals will be processed according to the investor's wishes. One of the two proposals will be selected and elaborated. The chosen option will be composed of the ground plan, demolition plan and new plan, solution for transport and technical infrastructure. Part of the project documentation will also be a visualization.
