Komparace produktů pojištění nemovitosti a výběr optimálního produktu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výběr optimálního produktu pojištění nemovitosti pro konkrétního klienta. Při výběru je použita metodika vícekriteriálního rozhodování, která se používá v případech, kdy je více jak jedna varianta a jedno kritérium. V první části práce je popsána metodika vícekriterálního rozhodování a k ní příslušné metody pro stanovení vah kritérií a metody pro vícekriteriální hodnocení variant. Ve druhé části práce jsou popsány produkty pojištění nemovitosti, které se nacházení na Českém pojistném trhu a zobrazují přípustné varianty rozhodováni. Třetí část práce je aplikační, kdy při použití vybraných metod z první částí získáme optimální variantu rozhodování. V úvodu této části jsou popsány vybrané varianty a kritéria a poté následuje aplikace metod a následné vyhodnocení optimální varianty.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the selection of the grounding iunsurance products for a particular client. During the selection is applied methodology multi-criteria decision making, which is used in cases where there is more than one variant and one criterion. In the first part of the thesis is described the methodology multi-criteria decision making and to it the appropriate methods for determining the weights of criteria and methods for multi-criteria evaluation of alternatives. In the second part of the thesis are described of the grounding instance products, which is found on the Czech insurance market and after the permissible variants of the decision. The third part of the thesis is the application, when the application of the selected methods from the first part we obtain the optimal variant of decision-making. In the introduction to this section are described the selected options and criteria and then followed by the application of methods and subsequent evaluation of the optimal variants.
