Analýza zásob společnosti ABB s.r.o.

Abstract

In this thesis I deal with analysis and determination process for managing inventory in order to improve the efficiency of funds invested in the company ABB Ltd. In accordance with the specifications the thesis is divided into five parts. First, I describe the characteristics of the selected company, presents its history, mission and visions. The next section describes the theoretical basis of the inventory, classification and inventory costs, as well as a description of the procedure, the exploitation is used in the practical part, which also contains information about the current state of inventory management and the section is terminated inspiring suggestions and recommendations to improve the current situation. At the conclusion of this thesis there is a final rating the executed analysis.
