Abstract

This thesis deals with the topic "The Education and Development of the Athletics Coaches." The introductory chapter is devoted to theoretical definition related to the education and development of athletics coaches. The following chapter presents the main governing institution of Czech athletics - Czech Athletic Federation. The thesis continues with an analysis of the current state of education and development of the athletics coaches and reports the results of the survey. The last part presents proposals to streamline the current system of education of athletics coaches. The aim of this work is the analysis and evaluation of the current state of education and the development of the athletics coaches in Czech Republic.
