Analýza cizinců, jejich kvalifikace a působení v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

The aim of the Diploma Thesis is the analysis of qualification and overall behaviour of the foreigners in the labour market in the Moravian-Silesian Region in context of changing legislative and political conditions. It means, what education and job position they have within the qualificational categories and in which economic sectors they work most often. Wider all-society aapects and actual economic situation and its impact on target group is taken into account. First part defines theoretical starting-points of migration and the process of foreigner’s integration into the other society. Then, the european and national migration and integration policy is presented and the legislative conditions of foreigner’s staying and employment in Czech Republic are observed. Third part describe the Moravian- -Silesian Region and migration and employment trend of foreigners, in more detail about foreigners registered by employment bureau. Subject of fourth part is detailed analysis of the qualification and economical activities of foreigners registered by employment bureau at selected districts. The last part gives an evaluation, mentions some impacts and recommendations in the given area.
