Radiové spojení systémem PEGAS v budovách

Abstract

My diploma thesis focuses on problems relating radio connection which is used by Emergency service during their interventions. In the first part you can find sources of those problems concerning physical principles of signal propagation in buildings, options of PEGAS system and legislative terms of the network including running PEGAS system in buildings. The second part contains several suggestions and steps to improve the legislature of using radio connection by Emergency service during their interventions, also a proposal to create criteria to qualify buildings according to necessity of radio signal covery, a draft of National Fire Supervision policy in territorial, constructional and their common function. Last but not least, I state suggestions to make other important steps before probable validation of changes in legislature.
