Zavedení efektivního systému analýzy možných vad a jejich následků

Abstract

The theme of this diploma thesis is ,,Implementation of an Effective Systém of the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis“ using the FMEA method, at SEEIF Ceramic, a.s. The theoretical part is devoted to the description of the FMEA method and focuses mainly on the FMEA process itself. The basic tools of quality management used to apply this method are also characterized. The principle of the compression method is also elaborated. The practical part is first dedicated to the description of SEEIF Ceramic, a.s., where the entire production process is thoroughly analyzed. The application of the FMEA process is followed, where the process of production of the L100 shaped distributor from the V-F36 quality is analyzed. In the final phase of the practical part, a recommended measure is created, followed by the evaluation of the state after the implementation of the proposed maesures.
