Konkurenceschopnost podniku z automobilového průmyslu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku z automobilového průmyslu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První část je teoretická, která slouží jako úvod do problematiky. V první kapitole teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy a metody, které budou aplikovány na podnik. Druhá kapitola je charakteristika podniku a zaměřuje se seznámení s vybraným podnikem. Druhá polovina práce je praktická část, kde jsou aplikovány analýzy konkurenceschopnosti na vybraný podnik a poté vyhodnoceny. Druhá kapitola praktické části se věnuje shrnutí dosažených výsledků a následným doporučením pro podnik, které by mohly zlepšit jeho konkurenceschopnost.

The diploma thesis focuses on evaluating a selected company's competitiveness from the automotive industry. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part is theoretical, which serves as an introduction to the issue. The first chapter of the theoretical part describes the basic concepts and methods that will be applied on the company. The second chapter deals with the characteristics of the company and aims to learn more about the selected company. The second half of the thesis is the practical part, in which the competitiveness analyses are applied on the selected company and consequently, they are evaluated. The second chapter of the practical part is dedicated to a summary of the achieved results and then recommendations for the company that could improve its competitiveness.
