Abstract

The object of this bachelor work is to analyze the corporate culture in Kofola PLC CeskoSlovensko company. The goal of this work was to create a process of formation corporate culture in the acquisition and the other goal was to compare the different corporate cultures of two companies and to make proposals and recommendations for possible improvement or change in corporate culture. The theoretical part describes the definitions of basic terms of corporate culture, its stuctural elements, various typologies, conflicts of corporate cultures and its changes. The practical part introduces the Kofola PLC CeskoSlovensko and shows results of the research into company culture, carried out two companies – Kofola PLC CeskoSlovensko in Czech republic and its subsidiary in Poland. The most important solution was to create general process of formation corporate culture in case of acquisition.
