Zhodnocení pojistného plánu společnosti Iprokos s.r.o.

Abstract

The aim of the diploma work is the evaluation of the insurance plan of Iprokos Ltd. and propose possible changes of these plan. The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter is about risk description that can appear during the enterprise. There is general risk sorting with adding of other kinds of risk sorting by different authors. The third chapter describes law aspects of the insurance in business. At the beginning of this passage are specify the basic insurance categories. Than there is a description of the insurance participants including their laws and duties. The main concentration is focus on law aspects of the insurance contract. Forth chapter presents the company and evaluates it’s insurance plan. In this part is specify the business object of the company including the risks insured in the insurance contract. Fifth chapter evaluate current insurance program using base risk analyze. Due to this analyze are recommended new proposals of the insurance program. Last sixth part of the diploma work is the conclusion.
