Abstract
The thesis is devoted to the issue of agency employment in Czech rules of law and labor market. The aim is to approach the process of functioning of agency work, its creation and evaluation into legislation of Czech Republic in connection to international and EU legislation. The practical part describes the activities of employment agencies, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of mediated employment for individuals and also compares present position of agency employment among selected countries of EU and Czech Republic.
