Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the improvement of complains solution in the production company that deals with the production of steel wheels. In the framework of this survey it was found that there were problems in the production with cracked center hole only in two pieces. Thesis describes the causes of this problem and measures how to prevent them. The teoretical part describes the quality, complains, measures, 8D Report and also other metods for complains solution. The practical part describes solution of this problem, subsequent use of the methods, corrective and preventive proceeding. Conclusion is about company and own recommendations which could improve the way of dealing with complains.
