Abstract

This thesis is focused on housing for older persons. The introduction deals with the analysis of demographic population, forms of affordable housing, current trends and requirements for housing for seniors. The practical part is focused on a proposal from a nursing home in Rychvald solution with the staging area. For this purpose, analyzed the current state of problems and needs of sites. Building a home care service is handled by family type with respect for the principles of barrier-free use. The thesis is developed in a reasonable range of requirements of Decree No 503/2006 Coll. documentation of the extent of the application for a decision on the location of the building, with a solution selected details of barrier-free space.
