Tvorba koncepce systému talent managementu ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na tvorbu koncepce systému talent managementu ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem této práce je vytvoření koncepce systému talent managementu, a to na základě analýzy teoretických poznatků a analýzy současného stavu systému talent managementu ve společnosti NWT a.s. Práce je tvořena teoretickou a praktickou částí. Teoretická část je věnována popisu metodiky, metod a rozebrání teoretických východisek této problematiky. V praktické části práce je charakterizována společnost NWT a.s., popis současného stavu systému talent managementu a návrh koncepce systému talent managementu.

This diploma thesis is focused on creation of concept of talent management system in the selected company. The aim of the thesis is to create a concept of talent management system, based on the analysis of theoretical knowledge and the analysis of the current state of the talent management system in the company NWT a.s. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the description of methodology, methods and analysis of the theoretical basis of this issue. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the company NTW a.s., the description of the current state of talent management system and the design concept of talent management system.
