Diplomová práce se zabývá funkčním využitím podmostních prostor ve vazbě na analýz problémů v území. K popsání využitelnosti, byly vybrány lokality k aplikaci vytvořených variant možných řešení, vytvořené na základě vyvozujících vlivů. Práce obsahuje problematiku se kterými se moderní sídla potýkají, možnosti jejich řešení popřípadě zmírnění negativních dopadů sledovaných jevů.

The diploma thesis deals with the functional use of under-bridge spaces in connection with the analysis of problems in the area. To capture the usability, localities were selected to apply the created variants of a possible solution, created on the basis of inferred influences. The thesis contains the problems faced by modern residences, the possibilities of their solution or the mitigation of the negative effects of the observed phenomena.
