Abstract

The bachelor thesis looks into the building-technology project documentation for the two-storey house with a basement realization. The rooms are designed in the first and second floor, the utility room is located in basement. Project documentation consists of two parts. The first part is focused on building construction, presented by the architectural drawings, technical report and thermal assessment of the selected structures. The second part focuses on the technological process for implementation, itemized budget and schedule of an unventilated, flat, single-shell roof.
