Abstract
The subject of the bachelor´s work is management innovation and defining position in the hierarchy. The first part focuses on the presentation of the basic concepts in innovation. In other chapters are characteristics of organizational structures and the definition of corporate governance. The following are the details of the management of innovation in successful businesses. The conclusion drawn their common characteristics.
