Analýza transparentnosti nadačních fondů v České republice

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic connected with the non-profit sector in the Czech Republic. The objective of study was to perform an analysis on a selected sample of 112 Endowment funds. The thesis is divided into two main parts - the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part verbally describes the issue of the non-profit sector, explains the key words and states the principles on which the non-profit sector is based. The practical part contains two chapters. The first one focuses on the analysis of information published in the Public register, which investigates how selected Endowment funds compare favourably in publishing statements and other documents in the Collection of documents. The second part is dedicated to the publication of selected documents and information on web pages. In both parts, was analysed the disclosure of legal and illegal obligations. In both cases it was found that even half of the endowment funds do not publish this information.
