Abstract

The topic of my master thesis is a proposal of the Faculty of Music and Fine Arts. The faculty is proposed on a plot in Black Meadow in Ostrava. Location Of Black Meadow is important in the context of city. It is located in the city centre close to the Ostravice river. The river divides Ostrava into two different parts Moravian Ostrava and Silesian Ostrava. In this place, culture is connected with nature. Studio Maxwan designed an urban study for this area. My proposal is based on their study. Transport service for the proposed building is provided from the Pivovarská street. The Pivovarská street is located in the border of the historical town and Black Meadow. In my proposal, I am trying to create a pleasant and inspiring environment for students a teachers.
