Abstract
The topic of the thesis is Assessment of the Use of Digitalization in Human Resource Management. The aim of this thesis is to clarify how digitalization affects the internal processes of the companies and what factors influence the effectiveness of the implementation of digital tools. The thesis was developed in connection with the SGS project SP2024/028 Digital Transformation in Business Management. A questionnaire survey was used to collect data. In the theoretical part, the concepts of digitalization, artificial intelligence, human resource management, HR work and department, IT in HR and HR activities and the application of digitalization in these activities were defined. In the first chapter of the practical part, a basic exploration of the collected data was carried out. The second chapter focused on three research questions - how much are the benefits of digitalisation adoption influenced by the intensity of digitalisation use, how is the approach to the adoption of digital tools influenced by different aspects of organisations, and how the relevant economic sector influences the barriers encountered during the implementation of digital tools. These questions were answered using correlation analysis, relationship maps and stacked bar charts, which were obtained using IBM SPSS Statistics software.
