Abstract

Diploma thesis with the Analysis and Deployment Electrocardiographic Leads in Different Lead Systems and Processingg is divided into 8 chapters. The work is focused on vectocardiography, namely on the Frank´s leads. The basis is to adapt the Frank´s leads so that they can be used for long – term monitoring. The chapters 1 to 3 deal with the theory of electrical activity measurement of cardiac activity and a description of the basic ECG principles. The fourth chapter is focused on vectocardiography and Frank´s system. The important part of the 4th chapter is a review of the available methods for modified Frank, where there is no exact modification of Frank, but different procedures for changing the electode arrangement for long – term measurement. The fifth chapter describes the processing of VKG leads. Proposals to modify Frank are contained in chapter 6. Proposals are made by using available methods and reshaped to resemble the Frank´s system, their number is 9. The penultimate chapter describes the procedure that was chosen for measurement and describes the program for comparing VGC curves. The last chapter lists the result of modified Franks, and one method is chosen and this is measured by 10 respodents
