Projekt certifikace systému řízení obalovny asfaltových směsí

Abstract

In this diploma work I write about the control system of the production in the asphalt mixtures production plant HERKUL a.s. The asphalt mixture is the final product which is used in the process of laying layers on roads on the runway. The first part describes the relationship between production control and quality systems of the production company. The next part explains the technological process for production of asphalt mixtures on the basis of which there is developed a process map with regard to the integrated management system. It is followed with the risks analysis that may affect the production of asphalt mixtures during the operation and also the environment. The goal of the work is to create documentation for certification of the new asphalt mixing plant and its integration into the company quality system.
