Charakteristika a analýza zaměstnaneckých benefitů v akciové společnosti

Abstract

The theme of the bachelor thesis was the characteristics and analysis of employee benefits in the selected joint stock company. This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part is focused on description and analysis of particular sorts of provided benefits from different aspects. Second part is focused on a particular company and its possibilities in the provision of employee benefits such as tools to motivate their employees, as well as the research, which was conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey.
