Podpora výuky na střední škole pomocí e-learningu

Abstract

Subject of this bachelor dissertation is an investigation of e-learning application at Chemical High School of Heyrovský and Grammar School in Ostrava and investigation of factors influencing students and teachers during its use. Presented knowledge coming out from data acquired through questionnaires and interviews with students and teachers were subsequently used during establishment of e-learning class generated in Moodle environment used by the school. Prevailing positive attitude towards education support through e-learning not only on the part of students but also on the part of teachers is one of the principal findings, which is demonstrated by the use of e-learning classes not only by young teachers within age of 35 years. In spite of positive attitude to this support of educational process the actual use of e-learning is relatively small. There were found out various factors among teachers as a cause of slow establishment of this method of education support. Time demandingness, difficulty of e-learning class generation and lack of teacher´s time because of their full pedagogic use are the main causes, which do not enable faster spread of e-learning use for education support. Referring to financial possibilities of educational institution that do not enable effective teachers´ motivation through increased salaries the only possibility for the school management, how to increase e-learning use among teachers, is to support teachers´ education in e-learning by which they gain not only needed knowledge for easier establishment of e-learning class but also motivation for its application.
