Benchmarking vybraných obchodních společností zabývajících se stavební činností

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of financial performance of selected business companies. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic aspects of financial analysis and benchmarking method. The practical part of the diploma thesis is devoted to the practical application of performance benchmarking in the conditions of three selected construction companies in the Moravian-Silesian region. As part of performance benchmarking, a financial analysis of selected business companies for the period 2018-2020 is performed. Then the results of the financial analysis are compared between the individual companies.
