Abstract

The aim of the thesis is based on a selection of assessment methods to assess the competitiveness of the company TES, Ltd.,to assess the level and propose measures to strengthen and improve it. The thesis is divided into four main chapters. In the first chapter are defined theoretical basis in selected areas of evaluation of the competitiveness of enterprises. Here we find concepts such as competition, competitiveness, competitive advantage, competitive strategy and theoretical descriptions of the analyzes evaluating competitiveness . The second chapter of the thesis deals with the characteristics of TES, Ltd. Provides an overview of the history of the company, structure, policy and mission. The third part is a part of the analysis, including the application of selected methods for evaluating the competitiveness of the company TES VSETÍN, Ltd. The thesis will be used as the method of questionnaire survey among customers, Porter's analysis , SWOT analysis and financial analysis . The last part deals with the proposals and recommendations of the company TES VSETÍN, Ltd.
