Abstract

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Shopfloor management in an industrial company". The aim of this work is to analyze the current state of shopfloor management of the operation of wire processing in the KES - kabelové a elektrické systémy spol. s r.o. and design and implement a new format of shopfloor management. The theoretical part of the work summarizes the latest knowledges and trends in the field of shopfloor management of an industrial company. The practical part contains a description of the KES - kabelové a elektrické systémy spol. s r.o., analysis of the current state of shopfloor of the department of wire processing and proposes a new system of shopfloor management of this department, including its practical implementation.
