Abstract

My thesis is dealt with biosorption of Cr (III) ionts from water solution with the help of plant Renoutrica japonica. My theoretical part of thesis describes chrom characteristics, chrom presence in the sewerage water and some methods of its removing. First of all, however, it is dealt with the summary of biosorptions effective to bind at each other chromic ionts from water solution. The task methodics comprising biosorption description, its processing and model solution preparation is stated in the practical part. The investigation was based on the biosorption kinetics Cr (III) studying at various biosorption activaton, grain sizes, period of biomass activation, input concentration of chromic ionts and various pH. Further, measuring was carried out by adsorptive isotherms when biosorption PAB 1 had been activated by 0,1 M HCl and 0,1 M NaOH with biomass concentration 1 and 10 g/L. Desorption had been carried out as well. It is possible to say on the base of gained results that Cr (III) ionts are obviously bound to biosorption from plant Reynoutria japonica. Diagrams are set together and commented from the experimental data of particular measuring. Likewise, mathematical simulation of data for sorption kinetics and adsorptive isotherms are stated
