Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the competitiveness of a small ICT company. The analyzed firm is ISSA CZECH s.r.o. based in Ostrava. The first half of the work describes the theoretical basis, which is applied in the practical part. The methods used are PESTLE analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis and SWOT analysis. At the end of the work, competitive advantages are identified and the competitiveness of the company is evaluated. Subsequently, suggestions and recommendations to maintain and improve its position are provided. An appropriate company strategy will also be determined.
