Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the area of job satisfaction and management of work performance of employees in a selected company. The aim of this thesis is to assess the job satisfaction and management of work performance of employees of the selected company Vosíme.cz, to find factors that affect their satisfaction, performance and propose appropriate recommendations and suggestions for improvement. The diploma thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics and definition of theoretical concepts related to the issue. In the conclusion there are described methods and techniques of research, which are also used in the practical part. The practical part first deals with the introduction of the company Vosíme.cz. Subsequently, an analysis of the current state of satisfaction and management of employee performance. Furthermore, the practical part analyzes and summarizes the results of the research survey, which consists of a questionnaire survey and a semi-standardized interview. And based on the information obtained, suggestions and recommendations for improvement are suggested.
