Analýza rizik v předvýrobních etapách strojírenské výroby

Abstract

This thesis deal with the topic of risk analysis in preproduction stages of mechanical engeineering in the company Vítkovice Heavy Machinery (hereinafter as „VHM“). The introduction defines basic concepts such as quality, quality management system, risk, risk analysis, pre-production stage, etc. The firts phase was analyze the current status during the pre-production stages VHM. In these individual stages, then in cooperation with employees VHM defined risks that threaten them. After finding these risks the spot to rate it with help of Pareto analysis, then expressed the most serious of them. Furthmore warn about the processes in which the most significant risks arise, or may arise, was used a method FMEA processing which it was find preventive or corrective measures. For other risks created a checklist of questions which should reduce the probability of occurrence of these risks.
