Zhodnocení benefitů pro zaměstnance ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of employee benefits in the selected company. The specific company that was chosen for the purposes of the work was technical services of the City Příbor. In addition to evaluating the offer of the given organization, the aim of the work is also an appropriate explanation of individual concepts related to employee benefits. This purpose is fulfilled in the diploma thesis with the help of the theoretical part. The subsequent practical part first introduces the technical services of the City of Příbor to readers, then defines the specific employee benefits that this organization offers to its employees. The evaluation was carried out based on a questionnaire survey that took place among the employees. The results of which are described and graphically represented. In addition to the evaluation, the diploma thesis also includes suggestions and recommendations for achieving higher employee satisfaction.
