Financování sociálních služeb města

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na financování sociálních služeb ve městě. Cílem práce je popsat systém sociálních služeb ve městě Havířově a posoudit roli výdajů na sociální služby v rozpočtu města, s ohledem na demografický vývoj populace. Konkrétní analýza je provedena na příspěvkové organizaci poskytující sociální služby, jejíž zřizovatel je město. Dle zjištěných demografických předpokladů a na základě vývoje potřebnosti je proveden odhad zatížení rozpočtu výdaji na sociální služby.

The thesis is focused on the financing of social services in the city. The aim is to describe the system of social services in the city Havířov and assess the role of spending on social services in the city budget, with regard to demographic evolution. Specific analysis is performed on a contributory social service organization, whose founder is the city. Identified by demographic assumptions and based on development needs is the estimate of the burden of the budget expenditures on social services.
