Abstract

This Bachelor thesis named “Customer Satisfaction Analysis with Wellness Centre Services” is divided into 5 chapters. The main goal is to determine customer satisfaction with the services that are provided by wellness center SAREZA. The first chapter contains of characteristic of the wellness centre, which is the part of the definition of macro and micro elements. In the second chapter I am defining the basic theoretical background concerned on services, customer satisfaction and its loyalty and values. The third chapter is devoted to the research methodology, which includes all the steps that must be performed before the initiation of the investigation. In the following chapter I am evaluating the results of the research, which is shown in graphical and a charter form. The last chapter is devoted to suggestions and recommendations based on analysis results.
