Abstract

The object of my thesis was to carry out an analysis of the current situation in areas controlled by MLS Holice, spol. s r. o. The thesis is divided into three main parts. In the first part I considered the motivation of employees, remuneration issues and specifying employee´s benefits. In the practical part, I describe the company and I realised a form of fringe benefits provided by the organization. At the last part I propose to tackle their own benefits and recommendations for further information and links on the employee evaluation system.
