Zábavní pyrotechnika a ohňostroje z hlediska PO a BOZP

Abstract

The work gives a comprehensive view on the issue of entertainment pyrotechnics and fireworks in terms of legislation in the Czech Republic. It compares current responsibilities of individuals when using entertainment pyrotechnics or fireworks with the obligations of individuals and legal entities doing business in the Czech Republic.It provides a comparison of requirements of legislative provisions in selected countries of the European Union and other countries with a focus on safe handling of fireworks. In conclusion, safety measures when using entertainment pyrotechnics and fireworks are suggested.
