Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with preparation of a business plan. Introductory part specifies theory of prospectus and describes basic business branch concepts. In the next chapter are desribed legal subjects which support small and middle businesses in the Czech Republic. Third chapter describes factual possibilities of cooperation between universities and private companies and in the following practical part business plan of fictious company called Model Konstrukt Ltd. is created. This plan has been done according to structure of business plan, which was recommended for presenting application for incubation in the Business incubator of the Technical University of Ostrava and subsequent evaluation contributions of incubation.
