Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with design and creation of control application for digital twin production
lines created in Tecnomatix Process Simulate. In this work is done analysis and testing
of control application design using this digital design. The created digital line design includes
three static robotic arms and one robotic arm on the traverse. The proposed line consists of
products from LEGO bricks. The control application is designed for PLC ladder language. The
thesis describes individual PLC connection using individual OPC servers and PLC simulator for
digital line design.
