Abstract
The thesis is focused on employee benefits in companies. The first part focuses on a general overview of employee benefits. The second part focuses on a particular company and benefits to employees. The last part deals with practical examples of pension schemes. The thesis concludes with a comprehensive representation of employee benefits and advantages of providing benefits for employees and employers.
