Abstract

Summary: This diploma thesis is concern with the waste management of municipalities and the resulting impact of the new law restriction No. 541/2021 in accordance to further regulations, where there exists an aim for the year 2030 to increase the recycling and materiál usage of waste, which must be prioritized before any other usage as a basic restriction of the prevention of the increase of waste and use the waste in order to protect environment, health and to maintain the continual development. The towns concidered in this thesis are Chomutov, Jirkov, Kadaň, Klášterec nad Ohří. A part of the diploma thesis is the curent legalization which arises from the governmental documents and valid law regulations in the area of waste management and the EU commitments such as a description of the contemporary condition arising from the obligatory section of Waste Plan Management of the Ústí Region.
