Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on achieving two partial goals. The first objective is to evaluate the contribution of team members regarding results of Belbin’s team roles test. There will be pointed out also disadvantages resulting from lack of some roles in a specific team. Second aim is to propose a process for delegating the work of former dealer to current dealer. Recommendation concerning the delegating of work is based on the used methodology: self-assessment questionnaire, dealers‘ competence matrix and structured interview with sales manager. The conclusion outlines possible ways of solving given issues. There are introduced ways of compensation unrepresented team roles and there is suggested process of delegating adjusted to needs of a specific team.
