dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá problematikou kurzovního sázení na internetu, celkovou realizací systému i podmínek pro případné nasazení do praxe. Práce popisuje nutné kroky, které je třeba splnit, z právního hlediska, při zakládání podobného systému a jeho následného využití v praxi. Dále obsahuje problematiku sázení v teoretické rovině, popis jednotlivých funkcí systému, celkovou analýzu systému návrh implementace a samotnou implementaci modelové testovací verze.cs
dc.description.abstractThe Bachelor Paper focuses on the issue of betting on the Internet. The implementation of the system and the rules that have to be followed in case of its usage in practice are described. In addition prescribed legal terms that are necessary for establishment of this kind of system and its subsequent usage are explained. Moreover, the theory of betting is taken into consideration and the description of single functions of the system, general analysis of the systém, the proposal for implementation, and implementation are provided.en
