Česká Kamenice – místní samospráva, přenesená působnost státní správy

Abstract

Subject of the bachelor thesis is a representation of the municipality in Czech Republic with an emphasis on its delegated activities to local authorities (of towns and communities). Town office of Česká Kamenice has been deliberately chosen by author as a representative of the basic level of the state apparatus. The municipality of Czech Republic followed by the town of Česká Kamenice itself are introduced in different part of this thesis as well as the breakdown. There is presented the functioning of the municipal council and other levels of city management in the following subchapters. One part of the thesis is a survey of public opinion, which points to the functioning of town from the perspective of citizen – town officer. Conclusion is concieved as a possible solution to local government by using datas gathered from survey of public opinion.
