Moderní analýza medicínských dat v praxi

Abstract

This thesis deals with modern medical analysis of data on patients treated with University Hospital Ostrava stereotactic irradiation device CyberKnife. The first part is to theoretically describe the statistical methods used for basic analysis of medical data, survival analysis and basic terminology associated with cancer and its treatment. The second part focuses on the practical application of the described statistical methods. Last part of the work deals with questionnaire focused on the analysis of the side effects of the prostate cancer treatment.
