Abstract

The subject of this master's thesis is the creation of an information model of Kaufland store, which will be subsequently used for facility management. The first part introduces the reader to the issues of the life cycle of buildings and BIM or Building Information Modeling in another words. Other chapters focus in more depth on facility management using Building Information Model and Common Data Environment. The last part describes the creation of an information model of the store and its subsequent use in facility management using a Common Data Environment. Used Common Data Environment and its functions is described. BIM Execution plan and outputs from the CDE, together with the information model is the result of this work.
