Studie protiprávní manipulace se zbožím v retailu

Abstract

Práce se zaměřuje na studii protiprávní manipulace se zbožím. Teoretická část práce je především zaměřena na metody a techniky, které se používají k neoprávněné manipulaci se zbožím. Dále jsou tyto metody rozdělené, podle toho, kdo je páchá, a to na zaměstnance, zákazníky, dodavatelé zboží. Dále jsou v práci popsány jednotlivé případy, kdy byly tyto metody využity. Práce také obsahuje návrhy na minimalizaci ztrát s ekonomickým zhodnocením. Na konci práce je sociologický průzkum.

The thesis focuses on the study of the unlawful manipulation of goods. The theoretical part of the thesis is mainly focused on the methods and techniques that are used to illegally manipulate goods. Further, these methods are divided according to who commits them namely employees, customers, suppliers of goods. Furthermore, the thesis describes individual cases where these methods have been used. The thesis also contains suggestions for minimizing losses with economic evaluation. At the end of the thesis there is a sociological survey.
