Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the key performance indicators. It describes approaches to the performance measurement of the enterprise in its theoretical part. Further, key performance indicators are characterized and prerequisites for their right choice are given as well. In the practical part of the thesis the key performance indicators system, established in the business company called Brose CZ spol. s.r.o., is analyzed. In conclusion, recommendations are given on the basis of the analysis of the system.
