Přírodní koupaliště a loděnice u areálu zámku Kačina

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the development of the Kačina chateau complex. It is a culturally and historically significant empire residence with a compositionally composed landscape. The design is based on the foundations laid by the group work of the urban design “Kačina - Mental Wellness”. Among other things, the work presents the intention to create a project of residential community agrotourism and identifies places outside the area for further development. The aim of the work is to create a new place of relaxation and recreation, which is based on the historical plan and further develops it. The Loděnice building creates an active part here, as a starting point for sailing, handicrafts and as a sports ground. The hotel building with facilities for natural swimming pools and lido forms the basis for residential tourism.
