Analýza interních auditů v akreditované zkušební laboratoři a návrh na zlepšení systému managementu

Abstract

The topics of my diploma work is The analysis of internal auditing at accredited testing laboratory and propsal of management systém improvement. There is shortly presented the company VÍTKOVICE TESTING CENTER s.r.o. in my work. The part of the company is accredited testing laboratory. I introduced the basic principles of system management duality, and of certificate and accredites applied in Czech republic. There is explained in practical part of work how is the process of internal audits iplemented into the system management of accredited testing laboratory, including the system do-cumentation and records. Further is state numer disagreement and resulting steps don´t to already with disagreement offer. One of impromenet suggestion was operator control that can AZL VÍTKOVICE TESTING CENTER s.r.o. used.
